Refund Policy: Consumed API calls are non-refundable. Unused subscription days are calculated at cancellation and applied as account credit toward the next billing cycle or returned upon account closure.
All fees are due at time of service initiation or on the monthly renewal date for subscription services.

3. DATA PRIVACY AND COMPLIANCE
MARICEUTICALS™ processes all data in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation including PIPEDA and applicable provincial standards.
Health and financial data is processed in alignment with applicable regulatory standards for the user's jurisdiction.
MARICEUTICALS™ does not retain Personally Identifiable Information beyond what is required for transaction settlement, audit log maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Data Retention Schedule:
Transaction records: 7 years
Audit logs: 7 years
User account data: Duration of active account plus 2 years
Raw data payloads: Not retained beyond active processing cycle
Your Rights as a User:
You may request access to your stored data
You may request correction of inaccurate data
You may request deletion of data subject to legal retention requirements
You may export your complete Chain of Custody log at any time
You may file complaints with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All service outputs, analytical frameworks, logic architectures, and educational content are the intellectual property of Brynn [Last Name] carrying on business as MARICEUTICALS™.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use service outputs for internal business purposes only.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of outputs
Reverse engineering of platform logic or architecture
Resale of outputs without prior written authorization
Automated bulk extraction or scraping of content
Data submitted by users for processing remains the property of the user. MARICEUTICALS™ claims no ownership over user-submitted data.

5. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
All service outputs are provided for informational and strategic research purposes only.
Service outputs do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or regulatory filings of any kind.
The user accepts full responsibility for:
Verification of all outputs against primary sources before operational use
All regulatory filings and submissions
All business decisions made on the basis of service outputs
All actions taken by authorized AI agents operating under their authorization
The liability of Brynn [Last Name] carrying on business as MARICEUTICALS™ is limited to the fee paid for the specific service module from which a claim arises.
MARICEUTICALS™ is not liable for regulatory changes occurring after report generation, user interpretation of outputs, or actions taken by autonomous agents beyond their authorized scope.

6. AUTONOMOUS AGENT ACCESS
Authorized autonomous AI agents may access services on behalf of a registered user where agent access has been enabled.
The user is responsible for all actions, transactions, and obligations incurred by their authorized agent without exception.
MARICEUTICALS™ reserves the right to suspend agent access if agent behavior falls outside normal operational parameters.
Authorization by an agent constitutes the user's binding agreement to these terms in full.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Insert Province], Canada.

PART B: PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect only the metadata necessary to operate the Data Integrity Engine including source timestamps, sector identifiers, and audit UUIDs.
We do not store raw values of sensitive data points being processed unless explicitly configured for long-term retention in your private storage environment.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Our platform operates on a minimal-retention basis.
Raw data payloads are not kept beyond the active processing cycle. Once your Confidence Score is generated and your Audit Log is written, raw payload data is removed from active processing memory.
Only metadata required for audit logging and billing is retained. Your proprietary data remains yours.

3. THIRD-PARTY SHARING
We share API call volume data with AWS Marketplace Metering Service for billing purposes only.
We do not share competitive, regulatory, or proprietary data with any third party.
We do not sell user data under any circumstances.

4. SECURITY
Data in transit: TLS 1.2 minimum encryption
Data at rest: AES-256 encryption
Access controls: Role-based access with full audit logging
Audit log integrity: Cryptographic chain of custody on all entries

5. DATA RETENTION
Audit logs are retained for 7 years to satisfy regulatory compliance standards.
After the retention period logs are permanently deleted in accordance with applicable data destruction standards.

6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have full access to your verification sign-off history at any time.
You may export your complete Chain of Custody log at any time by contacting us at the address below.

7. BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a data breach affecting your data we will notify you within 72 hours of confirmed breach detection in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
